I am a San Rafael native, born and raised in the local area. I am the 2nd oldest of seven children. The best life lesson I learned from being part of a large family was that sharing is a way of life that should be embraced rather than avoided. My paper route with the Independent Journal taught me that delivering a 'dry' paper on time made for good customer relations. I attended St .Raphael's parochial school from 1st through 8th grade and then graduated from San Rafael High School in 1973. After a stint in the Army for 3 years, I later graduated from SFSU with a degree in Speech & Communications. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and church ministry. My favorite and most challenging sport is golf. I'm not afraid to take a divot, which may actually travel further than the golf ball at times.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, condos and income property within the cities of Marin and Sonoma counties. I pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. From a seller perspective, I have a unique marketing system that creates a SELLER'S MARKET no matter what the prevailing market conditions may dictate.
