SELLER'S MARKET

From a seller's perspective, the ideal scenario is to market your property in a SELLER'S MARKET.  A seller's market gives an overall advantage to the seller.  A seller's market is where there is more than one serious buyer vying for your home.  In an escalating seller's market, a property can receive multiple bids at or over the list price. 

Remember, a seller's market does not equate to automatic multiple bids or a successful close of escrow.  Other factors must coincide including; location, condition and, of course, marketing and pricing.
