 John was instrumental in walking us through the purchase of a foreclosed property. It was an unusual sale, and John was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. At the same time, he listed our condo for sale. It was a difficult market for selling a home, but with John’s help, we got the best possible price for it. John impressed us with his knowledge of the market, his experience, the way he advertised our property, and how responsive he was to us. Most importantly, he is a man of integrity. As we looked at homes, John never pressured us because he cared about our satisfaction, not a quick sale.
